Your satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to deliver the freshest, juiciest mangoes. Straight from the farm to your doorstep. But if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.
✅ What qualifies for a refund:
If your mangoes arrive damaged or spoiled, you’re eligible for a refund within 3 days of delivery.
🔄 How it works:

Take clear photos of the damaged or spoiled mangoes inside the box. Box and all mangoes should be clearly visible in the picture.

Send us the images within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or Facebook inbox.

Once verified, we’ll process your refund or offer a replacement — whichever you prefer.
❌ What’s not covered:

Complaints made after 3 days of delivery.

Mangoes that are overripe due to late storage or mishandling after delivery.
